In 2003, The Quarry broke ground on our latest real estate development,

“The Quarry Ranch”.  Designed by Marsh and Associates, there are three distinct

villa plans, all carefully planned to seamlessly blend into the southwestern style

and architecture of The Quarry.  This new development includes 18 charming villas,

five of which are available for purchase with prices ranging

from $2,150,000 to $2,300,000.

Surrounding the villas is a Tom Fazio-designed short course, comprising ten holes,

affording each villa spectacular views across the course

and the surrounding mountains.
