The 2007/2008 season is reaching its midpoint and we have a fun-filled stretch ahead of us. The golf shop has received the spring merchandise and color is the word! We invite you to stop by and say hello and add some great apparel to your wardrobe. The golf shop opens at 6:30 and remains open until dark.
GUEST POLICY
All guests must play with a member. Guests staying at the Casitas may utilize the clubhouse facilities, spa and fitness center at anytime. Guests may use the driving range as long as the accompanying member is on property. Green fees are $135 and $65 for a family guest. Family guest's include parents, grandparents, siblings and children of the member and also includes spouses of children.
Each membership is allotted 42 guests between November and the end of April. Any one guest may play up to 7 times during this period. A member may bring up to three guests anytime Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, a member may bring one guest anytime or up to three guests after 11:00 a.m. The golf shop will take guest times for Saturday and Sunday one week in advance.
Exception: As long as there is no frost, we will allow one guest group to play early on weekend mornings to utilize quiet times and offer flexibility on busy weekends. Arrangements must be made in advance with Derek and will be granted on a first come basis. All guest groups that are given permission must finish in less than four hours.
A member can host a maximum of 16 players as long as there is a member in each group. More than 16 players constitutes an organized group which violates Quarry by-laws.
CADDY PROGRAM
The golf staff always strives to acquire service oriented, personable and knowledgeable individuals to enhance your Quarry experience. Each year brings a blend of returning veterans and new personalities, so we welcome your feedback. Caddies are independent contractors and must be paid in cash. We are unable to charge caddy fees to member accounts. Rates are $120 minimum for a foursome and all groups with three guests must employ a caddy!
***When requesting a caddie for a tournament please keep in mind that the member who uses a specific caddie on a regular basis will have first priority of that caddie. All caddie requests must be arranged with the golf shop... not the caddie.
| REMINDERS |
| CELL PHONES |
Cell Phone use is permitted in the parking lot or snack bar area ONLY. Please inform your guests. |
| DRESS CODE |
Jeans or denim material, tee shirts and short shorts are not allowed on the course or in the clubhouse. Shirts must be tucked in. Members are responsible for their guest's attire. |
| PACE OF PLAY |
Although some groups play quicker, the Board believes an acceptable round of golf for a "four ball" is 4:15. This includes a 2 hour front nine, 5 minutes at the turn and 2:10 on the back nine. It is not our intention to "rush" anyone around the golf course but rather to set a pace that should be acceptable for all players. Having a "slow" reputation is not a good thing. If you think your group may struggle with the 4:15 pace then consider a late morning start. The golf staff will let you know if your group is out of position. Play ready golf, play without delay and enjoy. Players stopping for lunch at the turn will lose their position on the 10th tee. Please take your lunch with you when groups are behind you. |
| FIVESOMES |
Although permissible, fivesomes are not necessarily recommended, especially during busy times. Fivesomes require 2 members and should involve players that play "fast". If you are a Five Ball, all players should be committed to playing within the allotted time so as to not hold up the golf course.
EXCEPTIONS: Requests to bring 4 guests are granted occasionally but must be approved by Derek.

| SINGLES |
