In 1997, an additional seven acres were purchased and developed into a spa facility/exercise room, tennis court and three four-bedroom cottages for the convenience of members and/or their guests to rent.

The Quarry’s membership is unique in that a large number of members do not reside on property or even in the Coachella Valley; but come from all over the world to play golf at the Quarry. To accommodate our non-resident members, and their guests, the developer built the cottages, adjacent to the clubhouse, which are available as rentals. Each bedroom unit in the cottage is fully self-contained, and can be rented individually; or an entire cottage may be rented. Maid and concierge services are also available. The sun-lit spa and cottages are surrounded by flower gardens, lake and swimming pool.
